Proven experience of at least 5 years in UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Expertise in knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop etc.
Well-versed with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript (jQuery, Next JS, React JS, Angular JS, Vue.JS etc). & WordPress.
Good understanding of usability and interaction design principles is required for modern web/mobile application frontend design.
Expertise in visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction should be familiar with the latest UI trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and skill development.
Oversee the planning and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine design strategies.
Lead the team in conducting user research, creating user personas, and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions.
Drive the creation of visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.
Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of design solutions.
Oversee usability testing efforts, analyze results, and guide the team in refining designs based on user feedback.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
