License Grant
ARM InfoTech hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the software you order on a single website unless otherwise stated or extra groups/installs have been purchased.
Software Installation Services
We install programs “as is” – the same as you can see in our demo section. Customizing PHP scripts is not possible. You cannot do it yourself. But you can order from us for an additional charge. We can install the script for an additional charge on your site and make sure it works correctly.
Self Software Installation
Basic knowledge of Internet tools (for example, being able to use FTP).
Basic knowledge of the operating server (be able to create the database, import SQL files, and be able to change permissions on files and directories).
Minimum Configuration
You are responsible for ensuring that the server onto which the ARM InfoTech Script is installed meets the minimal requirements prescribed from time to time by us. At no time will ARM InfoTech make refunds of any kind, for any reason. It is your responsibility to make sure you can meet the requirements of the script before you purchase.
Web Browsers Capability
We cannot guarantee that all of our programs will work with browsers other than Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. If any particular browser, such as AOL, WebTV, Computer Serve, etc. is important for your site, please check our demos to make sure that the program will work with the browser of your choice.
Business Days
ARM InfoTech business days/time is Monday to Saturday. All reference to the business days or working days or business time is ARM InfoTech business days/time and excludes any federal holidays and/or discretionary holidays observed by ARM InfoTech. Overcoming the time zone difference between the buyer and ARM InfoTech is the responsibility of the buyer.
Support and Upgrade
For support please use the ticket system, or chat on our Website, limited to the original support contract. Any software updates that may be made available by ARM InfoTech from time to time will be supplied at the ARM InfoTech website download area. ARM InfoTech provides support and technical assistance for all licensed copies of the software product ARM InfoTech reserves the right to determine the time frame and amount of assistance provided. Abnormal support issues may incur additional service fees.
What We May Do
We reserve the right to monitor your license usage. This includes the monitoring of your license and we will never collect any information beyond license information such as domain name, or location. We also reserve the right to void your technical support/upgrades and/or pursue legal action and/or deactivate your license if any part of this license agreement has been violated.

For each license currently leased or purchased, you may use that software in only one domain. We reserve the right to void your technical support & upgrades and/or pursue legal action and/or deactivate your license if this is violated.
Limitation of Liabilities
ARM InfoTech’s cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid to ARM InfoTech for the use of the program. In no event shall ARM InfoTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if ARM InfoTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are not allowed to modify scripts, files, or programs, however, ARM InfoTech will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of modified scripts, programs, and files. You may not modify with the intent of reselling our code unless prior written approval is given by ARM InfoTech.
You are allowed to use software products on one website. If you are interested in using our products on more than one site, for more than one client, or within more than one domain, please e-mail us and we’ll work out a licensing agreement.
Script/Software Ownerships
After the sales are closed, ARM InfoTech provides the scripts and the license file to the user. The ownership, without the rights of reselling/redeployment/cracking or hacking of the encrypted and unencrypted files, is transferred to the buyer. The buyer must not attempt to decode any file, must not publish any part of the code or files in any type of media, must not sell or resell any of the file and/or part of the file/code, must not use on additional domains/sub-domains/folders which are not covered as part of the license. Any violation of ownership may result in legal action against the buyer/user.
